SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship UPS and USPS: Cut off time is 1:30pm CST.
We will do our best to ship the product out the same day. Otherwise it will be shipped out the next business day.
We ship most items USPS priority mail.
Normal UPS ground shipping can be from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. If you would like priority UPS shipping other than normal ground shipping, we will give you a quote for shipping cost BEFORE shipping your order.
You will be responsible to pay for that shipping cost BEFORE your order is shipped. If you have any questions, please call before placing your order.
Weather can cause delays. Give us a call if you did not receive your package by the expected date.
We will email you a tracking number. This way you will know when your product should arrive.
We reserve the right to determine how to ship the items receiving "FREE SHIPPING".
We are NOT responsible for shipping delays once the order has been delivered to either the USPS, UPS or any other shipping company.
If we are out of the office and unable to ship your order on time, you will be notified.
RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us at (253) 250-8093 or by email, prior to returning an item. Must be within 10 days of delivery. A copy of the original receipt is required and we will issue a refund, exchange or give you store credit. The shipping cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returning item(s). No refunds on special order items.
You will be notified when the package arrives and an estimated time that you should expect to get your refund.
