Return Policy


You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Original receipt is required and we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. We do charge a re-stock fee of 15% of the purchase price. There is no re-stock fee if you would like to keep a credit on file for a future purchase. All items must be unused and in new condition. They must be in original packaging, complete with all parts & hardware to be eligible to receive full credit. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Defective or Missing Items

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please call 253-250-8093 immediately and notify us of the issue. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Winch Line Repair

We understand that some times the winch rope will come into contact with other surfaces that can cause abrasion or simply get cut on something sharp. Once the rope is compromised it will eventually fail and break. We do offer winch rope repair service for a small fee. You can mail your winch rope to us, we will inspect the rope, remove any damage (cut out) and re-splice the line.
